Damaged on arrival

Crease, scratch, warped frame: write to us within 30 days with a photo. We remake it and reship at our cost. You return nothing.

Not the portrait you approved

If the canvas doesn’t match the preview you said yes to, that’s our mistake. We remake it, free.

Screen versus print

A canvas is printed, not backlit, so slight variations are normal. A visible gap is our mistake, and we reprint at our cost.

Questions

Will those diagonal lines be on my canvas?
No. They only protect the preview on screen. The canvas is printed from the clean, full-resolution file.
What if it doesn’t look like them?
Close the tab. Nothing is charged and nothing is printed. You see the portrait before any payment.
My photo is blurry, or my pet has passed away.
Send what you have. One photo is enough and we never turn one away. There’s no second photo shoot, we know, and we work with what exists.
When does it arrive?
The delivery window is shown before you pay, on the last step, with your size and finish. Two days of production, then four to six days across Canada.
What happens to my photo?
It creates your portrait, then it’s deleted from our systems within 60 days. It’s never sold and never used for anything else.

What isn’t covered, said plainly: a change of heart after purchase, since you saw the portrait before paying, and damage that happens after delivery.
