Shipping policy
Where we ship
Canada only, to every province and territory. We do not ship outside Canada.
What it costs
Standard shipping is included in the price of every canvas, anywhere in Canada. If an order ever carries a shipping charge, you see it before you pay, never after.
How long it takes
These are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel leaves us it travels on the carrier's schedule, not ours.
- Production: usually 2 business days after you approve and pay.
- Delivery: usually 4 to 8 business days.
- In practice: most orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days.
Remote and northern addresses, holidays and storms all take longer. If your parcel is late, write to us and we will chase the carrier for you.
If your order still has not arrived 30 days after the date we gave you, you can cancel it and we refund you in full.
Duties and customs
None. Your canvas is printed in Canada and never crosses a border. If a customs charge ever appears, send us the receipt and we refund it in full.
Tracking
A tracking link is made available as soon as your parcel leaves the print shop.
If the address is wrong
Please check your address at checkout: this is the one thing we cannot fix for you. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we hold your canvas and write to you. We reship it as soon as the return shipping of $12 CAD is covered.
We keep a returned canvas for 30 days. After that we are unable to store it.
