Who we are

What we sell

A portrait of your pet, made from a photo you send, printed on canvas and shipped to you. We also sell the high-resolution file on its own, with nothing shipped. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

How an order is made

You choose a style, send one to three photos, and the portrait appears on screen. Nothing is charged until you have seen it and chosen a size and a finish. Placing the order is what starts production; there is no separate confirmation step.

How your portrait is made

Your portrait is painted by an artificial intelligence model from the photo you send, then checked and printed. We tell you this plainly because it is how the result reaches you in minutes rather than weeks.

The photo you send

You confirm that you own the photo you upload, or that you have the right to use it. You keep every right you had in it. You grant us only what we need to make and print your portrait, and nothing more.

Your photo is used to create your portrait, then deleted from our systems within 60 days. It is never sold, never shared, and never used to promote anything without asking you first.

Your portrait

The finished portrait is yours to keep, hang, photograph and give away. We may show examples of our work made with other people's pets, never yours, unless you tell us we can.

What we ask of you

Don't upload photos of people, of someone else's pet without their permission, or anything illegal. We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks this, and we refund it in full when we do.

If something goes wrong

Our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. This does not limit any right you hold under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live, which always come first.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and by the laws of Canada that apply there. If you live in another province or territory, the consumer protection law of your own province applies to you as well, and nothing written here takes it away.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page on the day you order.
